An island city in southern Brazil with more than forty beaches and a genuine off-season. Daytime highs in Florianopolis and Santa Catarina run from about 19 °C in July to 27 °C in February, an annual range of roughly 8 °C.

Measured against a city trip, the conditions hold up April and June to August. July is the most consistent single month: highs near 19 °C, nights around 14 °C, and roughly 89 mm of rain across the month.
